Questions We Get on Winterizing Calls

When Should I Winterize Outdoor Faucets?

Before the first hard freeze. Disconnect hoses, close the indoor shutoff if you have one, and drain the faucet.

Why Disconnect the Hose?

A hose left on traps water in the faucet. It can freeze and split the pipe inside the wall.

Which Pipes Should I Insulate?

Pipes in unheated spaces: crawl spaces, garages, attics and along exterior walls.

My Outdoor Faucet Drips or Won't Shut Off. Can You Fix It?

Yes. We repair and replace outdoor faucets. Call (269) 962-5441.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes, on qualifying jobs. Apply when we quote.
