Install Care covers only the listed checks for the specific unit we installed. One complimentary visit per calendar year per eligible unit. Appointment required. If the unit needs other work, repairs, refrigerant, parts, additional filters beyond the one included with a furnace visit, or service on equipment we did not install, that work is billed separately (service charge, parts, and materials as applicable). Covers every furnace, AC, water heater, boiler and generator we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, for the life of that unit while it stays in the home. The free yearly generator inspection covers a fluids check (oil and coolant levels), a battery test with terminal cleaning, a transfer switch test, a controller/firmware update and error log check, and a gas line and connection leak check. Not a membership, warranty, or insurance product. Subject to scheduling availability.

Do You Charge Extra After Hours or Weekends?

Saturday and Sunday during hours of operation, no extra charge. After-hours and emergency rates are extra, same policy as our plumbing hub.

What Should I Shut Off Before You Arrive?

If you can safely reach it: the fixture shutoff, then the main house shutoff for a bad supply leak. For a water heater leak, shut the cold inlet. Do not put yourself at risk around gas or standing water near electric.

Can You Clear a Main-Line Backup Tonight?

No Hot Water After Hours: Repair or Replace?
