Furnace: we fire it up and put in a new filter.
AC: we check levels, clean it and fire it up.
Water Heater: we flush it and check for leaks.
Boiler: we fire it up and check for leaks.

If the unit needs other work, repairs, refrigerant, parts, additional filters beyond the one included with a furnace visit, or service on equipment we did not install, that work is billed separately (service charge, parts, and materials as applicable). Covers every furnace, AC, water heater and boiler we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, for the life of that unit while it stays in the home.
