Every Furnace, Boiler, Water Heater, Generator and A/C we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, gets a free inspection every year for the life of the unit. No membership. No catch.

Furnace: we fire it up and put in a new filter.
Boiler: we fire it up and check for leaks.
Water Heater: we flush it and check for leaks.
Generator: we check the fluids, test the battery and transfer switch, and check for gas leaks.
A/C: we check levels, clean it and fire it up.

Install Care covers only the listed checks for the specific unit we installed. One complimentary visit per calendar year per eligible unit. Appointment required. If the unit needs other work, repairs, refrigerant, parts, additional filters beyond the one included with a Furnace visit, or service on equipment we did not install, that work is billed separately (service charge, parts, and materials as applicable). Covers every Furnace, Boiler, Water Heater, Generator and A/C we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, for the life of that unit while it stays in the home. The free yearly Generator inspection covers a fluids check (oil and coolant levels), a battery test with terminal cleaning, a transfer switch test, a controller/firmware update and error log check, and a gas line and connection leak check. Not a membership, warranty, or insurance product. Subject to scheduling availability.

No Heat Tonight: Steps Before We Arrive

Michigan cold snaps freeze pipes fast. If your Furnace dies overnight, work through these steps, then call us: 24/7 No Heat.

Smell gas? Leave your home. Do not flip switches or use phones inside. Call your gas utility or 911 from outside. After they clear it, call us to restore heat safely.
Check the thermostat: Heat mode, setpoint above room temperature, fresh batteries if it is battery-powered.
Check power and switch: Furnace switch on (often looks like a light switch near the unit), breaker on, cabinet door seated so the door switch is closed.
Check the filter: A packed filter can lock the Furnace out. Replace a dirty filter if you can; if heat still fails, stop resetting and call.
Protect pipes: Open cabinet doors under sinks on exterior walls. Drip a faucet if the house is already cold. Call us before pipes freeze, and if you also lost hot water, see Water Heaters.

Why Does My Furnace Keep Turning on and Off?

That is short cycling. Common causes are a dirty filter, a limit switch, a flame sensor or a thermostat issue. Replace the filter first, then call us to diagnose.

Ignition and flame-sense faults usually stop heat after a few tries. A failed blower or limit switch can push cold air or shut the unit down for safety. We test each piece; we do not guess from the thermostat.
