Install Care Included

FREE

Every furnace, AC and water heater we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, gets a free inspection every year for the life of the unit. No membership. No catch.

Furnace: we fire it up and put in a new filter.
AC: we check levels, clean it and fire it up.
Water Heater: we flush it and check for leaks.

Terms and Conditions

Install Care covers only the listed checks for the specific unit we installed. One complimentary visit per calendar year per eligible unit. Appointment required. If the unit needs other work, repairs, refrigerant, parts, additional filters beyond the one included with a furnace visit, or service on equipment we did not install, that work is billed separately (service charge, parts, and materials as applicable). Covers every furnace, AC and water heater we’ve installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, for the life of that unit while it stays in the home. Not a membership, warranty, or insurance product. Subject to scheduling availability.

Rinnai I-Series Combi Boiler Install

Battle Creek, September 2026

For a home heated by a boiler, we installed a Rinnai I-Series combi that handles both home heat and endless hot water from one wall-mounted unit. It's about 95% efficient, has no tank, runs from an app, and is ready for a recirculation pump.

Standby Generator Install

Battle Creek, August 2026

We installed a new standby generator on a pad beside the home and finished it with a clean mulch and stone border. After the install we tested it, and it runs with no issues.

Fujitsu Mini Split Installation

Lansing, July 2026

We installed a Fujitsu 12,000 BTU multi-zone mini split system in an office, with two wall-mounted indoor heads served by one outdoor unit on a stand. The outdoor unit and both indoor heads are running well.

Mini Split Installation

Battle Creek, August 2026

We installed a mini split system with three indoor heads and an outdoor unit on a stand. Every unit was tested and is working with no issues or leaks.

AC Condenser Replacement

Battle Creek, September 2026

We replaced the outdoor air conditioning condenser at this Battle Creek home and set the new unit beside the house. Only the condenser was swapped, so the rest of the existing system stayed in place.

Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

Albion, April 2026

We installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater on the basement wall, with exterior venting and copper hard piping. We also replaced the gas line to the heater as part of the job.
